Required Documentation for Financing

To conduct the company analysis and assess the possibility of financing through factoring, the following documentation is required:

  1. Act of establishment of the company
  2. Statute of the company
  3. Certificate of registration with the National Business Center (QKB)
  4. Financial and accounting documentation
    • Financial statements of the last closed fiscal year;
    • Interim financial statements of the current year, up to the most recent available period;
    • Where applicable, supporting documentation such as:
      • the purchases ledger;
      • inventory records;
      • bank account statements;
      • other financial or accounting documents that may be requested during the analysis process.
  5. A written request for the factoring service, specifying also the requested financing limit.
  6. List of existing financing arrangements
    • Active loans or financing with banks and other financial institutions;
    • The respective amounts, terms, and outstanding obligations.
  7. List of the company's main customers and suppliers
  8. Proposed guarantees for the financing, if required depending on the structure and type of financing.

Additional Documentation

Depending on the company's profile, the financing amount, and the results of the financial analysis, additional documentation or information may be requested.
